stmtify is a digital product — a web-based tool delivered electronically. There is no physical product to ship. This policy explains how access to the Service is provided.
No physical shipping
Because stmtify is software that runs in your web browser, nothing is physically shipped or mailed. There are no shipping fees, carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses involved.
How the Service is delivered
Access is delivered instantly and electronically. As soon as you open the Service in a supported web browser, it is available for immediate use — you can upload a PDF and download the converted Excel or CSV file right away. The converted files are generated on your own device and downloaded directly to it.
Paid features & activation
If you purchase a paid plan or feature, access is activated electronically and is typically available immediately after your payment is confirmed. In rare cases activation may take up to 24 hours. If you have paid but cannot access a feature, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
System requirements
To use the Service you need a modern web browser (such as a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) and an internet connection to load the application. Once loaded, conversions run locally on your device.
Delivery problems
If the Service does not load or a download does not start, first try refreshing the page or using a different supported browser. If the problem persists, email admin@stmtify.com and we’ll help.
